Days and yays

Talk about lazy....I skipped two days of blogging. Well, let's see....Monday we got some more shelves, painted those, etc. We did a good bit of work that morning. Jeff's typical work stuff, and I helped a bit. I don't remember the details, but it was a full day,, which culminated in a nice walk downtown.
Tuesday was also busy. We cleaned out the decorating stuff from a condo that just got rented. Had to make a Lowes run. Went up to Traveler's Rest and met and visited a bit with the pastor and his wife of the church that Jeff used to attend, Don and Terri Davis. They are really sweet people. Jeff was friends with their daughters, who have gotten married and/or moved away. I learned something sweet about Jeff...He gave Terri one of those turn everyday/Bible verse calendars for Mother's day one year. She found it the other day, and said she thought about Jeff. That just makes me love him a little bit more. So getting to meet those folks was a treat. We then headed on to Loftis printing...Mitchell's place, and gave him the invitations and all to be printed. Only we found out that a file was compressed wrong, so we have to fix that. Then back home, and over to the condo to give keys to the new tenant. So full day so far. We decided to head back downtown, where we enjoyed a meal at Smoke on the Water. Yummy! When we got back we saw the email from Lindsey letting us know our pictures were ready, which is SO thrilling. We anxiously looked and them, and love, love, love them all. We're going to have a difficult time deciding on one for the wall. You can look at her blog to get a sampling.
