Lazy weekend

Friday Jeff woke up with a stuffy head. It gradually improved as the day went along, but he still wasn't awesome feeling. That afternoon we headed out to see Madea Goes to Jail. Went home for dinner, then downtown for Starbucks and hit the loop around Falls Park several times.
Saturday we intended to go to CF that evening and go to LRBC Sunday. Jeff still wasn't great, and I didn't feel super either, so we decided we'd put off the trip a while. We went to a furniture store that was going out of business to see if we saw coffee and end tables (we want to eventually replace ours within the next couple of years). We didn't see anything that fit us, but they did have good prices. For that we'll keep our eyes open for a while. We got back home....I cut out the pattern for the bag I'll be making shortly...Jeff was a gamer. We watched part of Walk the Line...then Super Size Me, and turned in early.
Woke up Sunday still feeling blah. Sunday was filled with reading and movies. Jeff was reading Obsessed by Ted Dekker in between playing his game. I read the first in a series of murder mysteries, which is about a single curly red-head in her late twenties that owns a cookie bakery. It was a book in the donate pile in the garage. Neither of us had a clue until I started reading that apparently the main character was based on me....a curly red-head, who was single in her late twenties and happens to have a weakness for cookies. Anyway...good book. The evening was filled with picking up some gluten-free pasta at Whole Foods, and watching CitySlickers.
The stuffiness is still around for Jeff. Seems like a lot of people have stuff happening. Hopefully, all the babies that I've seen were sick are better soon.
